Shipping & Delivery

How We Ship

All our creations are carefully packed by hand in Leipzig, Germany. We pack them differently, depending on the items, either in small boxes (clothing and up to 5 sheets) or in a bigger box on a roll (if it is more sheets).

We ship worldwide with trusted carriers:

• DHL
• DHL Express
• Special couriers for custom requests (If you have someone else you trust more: request it, we will try follow that if possible)

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL):

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• EU: 5–8 business days
• Worldwide: 7–20 business days,
  slightly longer for remote areas

Express Shipping (DHL Express):

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• EU: 2–4 business days
• Worldwide: 3–7 business days,
  slightly longer for remote areas

Please note: Times are approximate — customs, weather, or wild magic may cause delays. Check directly at DHL for estimated shipping times for your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on your order size, weight, and destination.
You’ll see the exact price at checkout — no surprises, no secret spells.

Need special shipping?
Let us know. We’re happy to organize custom couriers, event deliveries, or a handoff by dragon
(okay, maybe not the last one… yet).

Packaging

We wrap every piece with care:

• Latex sheets are slightly powdered to prevent sticking.
  Greyish, but useful^^
• Clothing is slightly oiled or, for custom orders, we can also deliver talked, depending on your preference
• Each item is protected against sunlight, and nosy customs agents, so, we do what we can to ensure smooth customs.

Customs & Import Duties

Outside the EU, your order might be subject to customs fees or taxes when it arrives.
These are not included in our shipping prices — and they vary depending on your country.

Unfortunately, we can’t control these charges (we wish we could!), so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Pickup from Our Atelier

You happen to be in Leipzig? Why not skip the shipping? You’re always welcome to drop by our showroom! Not only can you pick up your order in person, but we’d love to chat with you about all things latex and fashion. Have a coffee with us, browse our pieces, or just pop in to say hi. We’re all about the personal touch, and we’d be thrilled to meet you! Just make sure to give us a note at least two days in advance, so we can make sure to have the time.

Important Update for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs regulations, shipments in the U.S. with a declared customs value over USD 800 are currently facing delays. Starting April 21st, 2025, and until further notice, we are temporarily unable to ship business-to-consumer (B2C) orders over this value.

What this means for you:

• Orders under USD 800: No issues here — they’re still being processed and shipped as usual!
• Orders over USD 800: Due to new customs requirements, these shipments will experience multi-day delays or may be temporarily suspended until the situation is resolved. B2C orders are already suspended by many carriers.

We understand how frustrating this may be, and we’re doing everything we can to work with DHL and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. If your order is affected, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. In the meantime, we recommend to only place orders below that limit of USD 800 (this is about equivalent to EUR 700)

Business-to-business (B2B) shipments are not impacted by this suspension, though they may still experience some delays.

Shipping Restrictions and DHL Express Guidelines

While we strive to offer global shipping, please note that DHL Express and other couriers may have restrictions based on:

• Prohibited or restricted goods in specific countries.
• Import/export limitations (e.g., sensitive goods, e.g. Iraq, Iran).
• Sanctions on specific countries (e.g., Russia, North Korea, Syria).

We recommend checking the specific rules of your country or contacting us for guidance before placing an order to ensure a smooth shipping experience.

Unfortunately, due to current international sanctions and export regulations, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

• Russia
• North Korea
• Belarus
• Syria
